| Who we Are:
Locally owned
and operated since 1988 in the Columbia, South Carolina area; MedCom also
has purchased and/or merged three additional answering services in the
states of Georgia and North Carolina. MedCom has passed up countless
opportunities to acquire additional services throughout the southeast.
Reasons for passing by these opportunities mainly pointed to poor quality
of management or employees. Since our conception, quality of service
has been our main goal and not size. Although our staffing base has
reached over 100 employees at times, we pride ourselves in having some
of our original employees, and many of our original customers since day
one in 1988.
Through out
the years we have seen many forms of technology come and go, promotional
gimmicks fall by the wayside, and many customers from other extremely large
answering services come to us through our customer referrals. We
have always felt having happy customers, exceptional service and great
referrals are the best methods of promotion. |
